Select Bundled Settings > Select Bundle Settings > Choose ETISALAT BB10 

After that Go Back and Hit the Connect button it should connect in few seconds.
Remember as a free user you are only entitled to 200MB bandwidth usage per Day but if your phone is rooted you can bypass it and enjoy up to 10GB in a days..
