Glo NG Response To a Customer Complain About Data Reduction




A twitter user moved a step forward to contact Glo NG customer care Via Twitter, see what Glo NG had o say about the data reduction.
 Hello, "data caps" has not been reduced. Subscriber who does not resubscribe 3 days after data expiration will get half the plan TT
For me i would say, Glo NG need to send notification to its customers in other to prevent customers from leaving the network because of rumours.
