Infinix Note 3 Pro Review - the infinix big screen Phone
Infinix has already inspired us with its incredible features and components. Infinix is leading towards betterment day by day and this time they have introduced another massive device which is Infinix Note 3 Pro. It is an upgrade of the Infinix Note 3 with better features and quality. Both Note 3 and Note 3 Pro feature the same design and the same features with some minor differences in their specs. But the minor difference is big enough to make all the difference. The Infinix Note 3 Pro is 4G LTE enabled with Helio X10 MT6795 coupled with 3GB RAM, unlike Note 3 that came with MediaTek MT6573 processor and 2GB RAM.
DESIGN AND BUILD
Like its previous model, the Note 3 Pro is positioned to be a multimedia device having a large screen with full HD 1080p display to boot. It has a solid metal unibody design. It has a hybrid SIM tray on the upper left side of the phone, the power button and volume control on the right side. At the bottom are the micro USB port, speaker grille on the right and the noise-canceling mic on the opposite side. Up top is the 3.5mm audio jack, while at the back the nicely positioned 13MP camera, dual LED flash, and the square-sized fingerprint scanner.
A little odd is the two-button volume control design. While it is just alright to have two-button for the up and down volume controls, we are already used to just have one-piece for this purpose. In front is the 5MP shooter which is lined up with the proximity sensor, a single LED front-facing flash, and the speaker. The back cover of Infinix Note 3 Pro has a rear camera of a 13MP lens. Moreover, the LED flash is placed below the camera. The fingerprint scanner is also placed at the back side which that uses to perform different functions such as take photo, accept a call and browse pictures.
SOFTWARE AND PERFORMANCE
Infinix Note 3 Pro runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow and has a fast 1.3GHZ octa-core processor with the chipset of Media Tek MT6753. The chipset is based on the architecture of ARM Cortex-A53 and it is a 64-bit type. So the octa-core processor and 3GB RAM makes the device very fast and efficient of multi-tasking and games. Delay of applications and lags are impossible. And on top of these is the Infinix Mobile's custom XOS skin. The UI is a mixture of iOS and stock Android look.
All apps can be seen on the app tray and at the same time, at the home screen too. But if you explore the settings you change everything according to your liking including the theme. Overall, XOS give its a fresh new look for Android and also improves phone performance and battery life. The Infinix Note 3 Pro device is OTG enabled which is great for accessing external media and files. The fingerprint scanner is fast and accurate, plus you can also configure it to take selfie shots. You enable this in the Fingerprint settings.
CAMERA
The back camera of the Note 3 Pro is equipped with 13MP with dual LED flash. It can record videos in full HD quality of 1080 pixels with two different formats likes mp4 and 3gp.
The front camera has a 5MP lens with LED flashlight. It has some extra features like a wide selfie with some more features like beauty face and HDR. Beauty face is truly for selfie lovers because it enhances your face beauty up to some best levels. The rear camera captures at F/2.2 aperture by default
BATTERY
The Infinix Note 3 has massive Li-ion 4500 mAh non-removable battery that is packed inside the back cover. The battery provides long-lasting performance as it has standby intelligent power saving mode. Infinix Note 3 supports fast charging that means it will quickly charge your phone.
This feature is called by Infinix as XCharge. It will only function with the owner-supplied charger. 500mins of charge will give you 200mins of talk time!
