MTN Nigeria has quietly added a more affordable bundle to its data plans, 1.5GB for N500.

MTN Nigeria has quietly added a more affordable bundle to its data plans, 1.5GB for N500. Just like MTN 2.5GB for N500 and 9GB for N2000, the new plan is also exclusive to MyMTN App users only via the Mega Deal Zone page.

You can actually get 1.5GB data for just N300 directly from MTN Nigeria. This is their way of making data plans more reasonable for Nigerians and one of the benefits of having the MyMtn App installed on your device.

How to Activate MTN 1.5GB for Just N300
  • As I said earlier, the plan can only be accessed through the MyMTN app. 
  • Recharge your MTN SIM card with N300 airtime.
  • After installing the MyMTN app from Google Play or iOS App Store, launch it.
  • Look at the top in the app, tap Mega Deal Zone
  • Crack The Egg page will display to you, tap on Bundle and you'll get a message like this "Get 1.5GB Data for as low as N300 only…"
  • Accept and your data will be activated with 1.5GB of data.
The validity period for this plan is just 7 days. And if you are having data before you activate this plan, the bonus on this plan will be exhausted before your initial normal data.
