Turkey plane crash: Plane skids off runway at Istanbul airport leaving one dead and 157 injured (video)
At least 120 people have been injured after a budget airline plane skidded off a runway at an airport in Turkey, crashing into a field and breaking into pieces.
The Boeing 737-800 landed at Sabiha Gokcen Airport in Istanbul in wet weather and burst into flames.
Passengers on the Pegasus Airline plane were seen being evacuated through cracks in the fuselage and led to a patch of grass next to the runway.
Television footage showed serious damage to the plane, with the fuselage apparently broken into three pieces.
