Initially when MTN users over scratched their cards, they had to dial up the customer care with complaints and also proves that they actually own the card and that was done by providing the serial number of the card, and then the card would later be loaded on the line used in making the call. Although this method is still working but to ease that stress, MTN launched an android app, the popular official MyMTN application.

1.  Firstly, install the MyMTN app on Playstore by clicking here. 
2. Login your account or register an account, if you don’t have. 
3. Tap on ‘Load over-scratched card‘ option. 
4. Enter the incomplete ‘Digits of the scratch card’. 
5. Enter the ‘Serial number of the over-scratched card’. 
6. Enter the ‘Phone number’ and finally, tap on "Recover". 

Once this is done, your full recharge card pin would be sent to you as SMS and load it as fast as possible or at any time you wish.

How to Retrieve Over Scratched GLO Recharge Card

For GLO users who want to retrieve their over scratched recharge cards, it could be done by a simple dail connecting the customer service. The Glo customer service number is +234-805-002-0121 using other networks, 121 and 200 are toll free for GLO network

Some seconds into the call, you would be speaking with a GLO service agent. 

Make your complaints known, you would be asked to provide the serial number and some visible pin from d over scratched section.

After this is done, your talk time would be automatically loaded to your sim.

 How to Retrieve Over Scratched Airtel Recharge Card

It's simple, just get the overscratched card available, Which includes the serial number, then call the customer care 121 and make your complaint known to them...

They would request for the serial number and the card will be retrieved and sent to your Airtel number.
